22.01.2022 Hey Kids, Happy Easter!! We would love to see your creations of the Holy week (Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Sunday). An adult or you can read the Bible story and get going creating..... Get creative with recycled cereal boxes and junk, Duplo, Lego, drawing, colouring, a dance or a drama. If you need ideas use Google or Pinterest (with parents supervision). We’d love to see how you see the true Easter story. You have all long weekend to get creative and then on Monday morning ask your parents to post them on their social media using the hashtags. #sdbceasterstory #mumsmeetup #minime

20.01.2022 Don't forget even though the school term has resumed MUMS MEET UP are unable to meet until further notice. Due to Government regulations our home church SDBC continues to meet online for weekly services. Sunday services are 8:30am, 10:30am and 6:30pm for amazing worship, teaching, kids talk, kids craft, connecting and prayer jump on to: https://sunnybankdbc.online.church/... 12.01.2022 Happy Mother's Day!!! As mothers we give our everything. We give our all. All our mind, all our time and all our body. Yes it's exhausting and sometimes we wish someone could do it for us just to give us a break but we continue to do it each and every day because they are our world and we love them. Guess what? God loves you so much He has created you for those children. Yes, those children who left breakfast crumbs under the table, splashed water all over the bathroom floor..., walked in on you on the toilet and left dirty clothes around the basket not in it. No one can give to your children what you give. When you feel exhausted know that God is lifting you up into His arms and carrying you through it. Through each moment, each day, each trial, each tantrum, each late night feeding, each hard conversation, each discipling moment He has given you the strength you need. Mumma you've got this!!!! The past Sunday he spoke about the the foolish man who built his house on the sand, where the wise man built his house on a rock. The rock is God!! We need to build our lives on a strong foundation.
