21.01.2022 Fetta and Courgette Omelette Very quick healthy yummy breakfast or brunch. Ingredients 4 large free range eggs... 50f feta cheese 2 courgetre (zucchini) approx 300g , grated 1-2 capsicums red 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Fresh parlsey chopped Spinach leaves Directions 1. Grate your zucchini into a clean towel and wring out as much water as possible. 2. Slice your capsicum finely in circles 3. Whisk two eggs in a bowl. Stir in half the feta cheese and half the zucchini and the capsicum. 4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour the mixture and cook until set (flipping once). Sprinkle with parsley and spinach leaves and serve. 5. Repeat the process for the second serving. Enjoy.

16.01.2022 Short on time? This EMOM workout that Cathy has shared will be perfect for you! EMOM stands for every minute on the minute and it's when you begin a prescribed number of reps of an exercise at the top of a minute and then rest for whatever time you have left until the next minute begins. After a quick warmup, set your time for 1 minute and begin the first exercise. Once you finished the assigned number of repetitions, rest for whatever remains of the minute. Then reset yo...ur timer and continue on! This workout involves: 20 straight punches 20 uppercuts 20 Squats Pulse for 10 Rest until the timer rings. Head trainer Cathy posted a live Q&A for our members a few weeks ago, but we’ll give all our non-members a brief recap! There are 3 Macronutrients (macro’s) in which your body needs to give you energy.... These are Fat Carbohydrates and Protein Before a workout, it’s best to focus on consuming carbs and proteins, particularly before any lifting or weight training A few hours after the workout is the best time to start reintroducing those fats, such as oils and even nuts, back into your daily food. When it comes to cardio-based workouts, or even yoga and pilates, many people prefer to train on an empty stomach - which may work for some!
