21.01.2022 For those who find pregnancy hard let's have a peak into the animal kingdom... Did you know elephants are pregnant for 2 years Female Kangaroos have 3 vaginas... When a giraffe gives birth, its baby drops from 6ft and which in turn naturally snaps the umbilical cord but luckily no ones hurt The reason pandas are going extinct is because they only ovulate once a year so mating season literally has to be perfectly timed Orangutans menstruate for 30 days straight Just remember, when you think life could be hard, it could be harder. Just be happy with what you got. If you're not, you may find it more fulfilling to shop from my store :)

17.01.2022 Don't underestimate the nutritonal goodness stacked on this plate. Vitamin A - great for eye health Vitamin Bs, great for numerous reasons but for those looking to conceive or help baby be healthy in 1st trimester, vitamin B9 is essential as it has folate. Folic acid is the artificial version of folate but I always believe natural is better Vitamin C - Ensures a healthy immune system, helps the body absorb iron better (very important if you're vegan), it is necessary for the ...growth of and repair of all body tissues and the formation of collagen Vitamin D - Helps the body and baby absorb calcium better, reduces depression and bone related diseases like rickers Vitamin E - Helps maintain healthy skin, hair and nails Vitamin K - Essential for the blood clotting and wound healing. Important in pregnancy as it helps baby develop develop the right amnio acids for healthy bones This plate has fenugreek seeds. Did you know that helps your breasts produce milk and now for my type 1 diabetics, are you aware that fenugreek seeds help stabilise blood sugars and studies have shown that insulin reduction was necessary as it lowers blood sugar? Don't underestimate the importance of a balanced plate and diet. Growing my baby as nature intended whilst nailing my diabetes time and time again. Doctors won't tell you what I'm sharing as a cured a patient is a lost one. Take care of yourself xx

11.01.2022 3D scan of my bubba today and actually unsure at 1st if I was definitely looking at my baby as the scan didn't seem to reflect ultrasounds I've had so far. After raising my concerns @peekababyuk helped reassure me and showed tests that demonstrated the baby on screen was the baby in my belly . 29/30 weeks pregnant and I'm so looking forward to being a mum and taking care of my angel . I believe baby is camera shy as it kept covering its face and was hard to get a clear pict...ure, after a walk, tea, jumps, moving belly and some other moves we eventually witnessed my bubba gorgeous face and even my babys smile My emotions have been slightly off in terms of recently turning into a cry baby and I find myself questioning what the heck is wrong with me and then reword my thinking to what is right? My body is doing amazing things right now to grow my little human and is teaching me how to be more mindful in the moment and humbled by my natural super powers. #4dscan #3dscan #pregnancyscan #pregnancy #pregnantvegan #veganbaby #mumtobe #type1diabetic #type1diabetes #peekababy #plantbaseddiet #hypnobirthing #unbornbaby #healthybaby #diabeticpregnancy #pregnantdiabetic #diabeticvegan #diabeticmum #3rdtrimester #natural #emotionalhealth

06.01.2022 Hi guys, it is with great regret that I will be shutting my online store down in order to focus on my little one who will soon be entering the world and to focus on another business idea which is currently in the making. Thank you so much for your support so far

03.01.2022 Easy no bake oat cookies. Used 5 ingredients but 1 is optional. Most people who know me are aware that I do my best to lead a healthy, natural lifestyle. I personally believe homemade is always better so therefore I have a habit of going against medical advice. Being a type 1 diabetic I've been fed alot of rubbish throughout the years such as drink lucozade or ribena when my sugar is low. Why would medical professionals advise me to take something unatural with colour or gas......? I make my own sugar water which taste delicious by squirting agarve nectar into a cup and add premade lemon water mixed with mint. Made the oat cookies to accompany my quick sugar boost for when I do go low. Used Scottish oats, agarve nectar, chocolate chips, homemade seamoss gel and bit of water to bind it. Mix all ingredients together, mould to cookie ball shapes and let set in fridge for about 20 minutes. Tasted great, minimum effort and much healthier than store bought ones. Has 20g carbs and 1 cookie is 196 calories.

02.01.2022 So had one of those yesterday where I couldn't be bothered to cook and didn't fancy anything in the freezer so went on a walk to @veganeltd and it was an encounter I definitely won't regret. The menu had so many choices which vegans love, staff was friendly and food was delicious . I have a bad habit of ordering way more than my belly can actually handle so had to take the rest home.... Let me introduce you to the cheese beef burger with homemade chips and chicken strips. The food was so good had baby dancing inside me Follow for more vegan pregnancy inspiration #pregnantvegan #veganpregnancy #plantbasedtreats #plantbasedmeal #vegandinner #vegandinnerideas #vegandiabetic #diabeticpregnancy #type1diabetic #type1diabetes #whatveganseat #veganhealth #mealideas #foodislife #healthybaby
