13.01.2022 Hi Girls, Sorry about having to cancel another session. I have posted a workout for you to do today. Its a good little mixup to work fullbody and get you burning fat. As always my goal is to lean you out not bulk you up. It does start with high reps but take some rest if needed and make your way through at your own pace. Then get into the high intensity leg burner. You will need a clock, watch or interval timer app. ... As always have a good warm up, water ready and good stretch and cool down. See you all Friday xx

Besides being interesting, it may be the key to you unlocking your potential to burn fat and build lean muscle mass. With my mums tums group, I aim to target the best outcomes for all body types. Changing up your workouts is vital, not only as it keeps you interested and motivated but variety to keep your body guessing to have your metabolism peak...ing. At our session this morning we touched on what each body means, very briefly what to eat, and training for your body shape. I thought after the class we can have coffee and a Q&A on any nutrition, exercise, building lean muscle, burning fat, importance of sleep for fat loss....... Its always great to know the reasons behind what and why we should or should not be doing something, and in turn knowing these things helps with maintaining committment and consistency. 07.01.2022 Hi girls, please read for info on holiday training. I am away from this Tuesday 22nd - 28th so there will be no training on Wednesday or Friday this week but have added a session tomorrow. TOMORROW... 5.30am kens mansbridge park-in front of Surf Club 9.00am mermaid Park- behind club NEXT WEEK No Monday Wednesday 5.30am and 9.00am Friday - 9.00am Try to get to one of the sessions tomorrow. We all have goals heading into summer, and I know it is difficult with holidays and children to stay on track. Try to at least maintain your gains and hold steady with what you have achieved. Try really hard not to go backwards and then have to cover ground you have already been over. This is just so so challenging and can be a big reason why we never reach the goals we set for ourselves. Suz. 374/439 +65 Gabby 93/414 (+10 last 2exercises only) Kerry. 291/337 +46 Marta. 270/302 +32 Leah. 299/361 + 62 Every single person went up and by a lot. Great effort girls. And I said there must be a winner so our grand champion is Suz Lane Suz had Highest reps in Set 1 and 2. My mission was to create a friendly social group for mums where you are comfortable achieving fitness together. It was never just about the exercise, but also creating happy and healthy mums.
