23.01.2022 Easy cleaning of your fruit and veg! Wild Orange... love this super simple tip... a few of drops of Wild Orange in a bowl or the kitchen sink and let you fruit and veg sit briefly. Unfortunately, much of fruit and veg, even the stuff from our fruit and veg shops, are coated in so many nasties from waxes to pesticides. I use to hate washing my veg because I found then my produce wouldn’t last. Since using my oils to wash them not only am I blown away at what comes off them a...nd how easy it is but also they last longer!! I also love using lime or lemon too!! 20.01.2022 Self love How often do you take even 10minutes for self care and loving yourself? Recharging our body and mind. For me sitting staring out into the water does it exactly that, making my self feel gorgeous and making time to chat to people I care about. A beautiful friend asked me a question the other week... When was the last time you bought something for yourself? ... I proudly could answer last month, but it did have me thinking, when I became a mum everyone always came before me. I loved to buy things for my kids, but I would second guess myself all the time when it was something for me! This changed 3 years ago when I stepped in and bought my oils, the oils to support my family. I chose then that I wouldn’t let them go to waste. As I started to swap out things in my life I started to be able to have money to spend on me, I was creating an income by helping beautiful people change their lives and with that money I could buy things I loved for me. 17.01.2022 This oil has saved us in so many occasions... With two boys, renovations and a carpenter as a husband, there is bound to be cuts, scraps and other doozies. This morning was no difference after a temper tantrum Carter ran up our bitumen drive away I’m his gumboots... he of course stacked it good. As we game inside I dropped Helichrysum on his knee. Bandaid on for looks and he was ready to go again... 2 weeks ago we had the same with hubby after pulling down the soffit on our ...house he sliced his hand open one drop and he was back outside in no time he was even blown away! 16.01.2022 Easy all purpose cleaning spray I love how easy making up my cleaning spray is. My kids even loved making it up for me! A cap full of cleaning concentrate, topped up with water and a few drops of Purify or any oil of choice. ... What I love most... when my 5 year old spilt some of his leg it was safe, I can teach them how to make a cleaning spray, then then helped me clean and wipe over our leather lounge too! I absolutely love the cleaning concentrate, I use this to clean everything, bathrooms, kitchen, toilets, lounges, spot clean carpets, my oven even my makeup brushes!

It gets used in the afternoon with a drop in my hands and a deep breath in, to improve my with-it-ness. I love to start my morning with it with a drop in my green tea or even just hot water. ... Laboured breathing, mucus and a wet cough and a temp.... in comes my oils. Carter has a sleep after the application of the oils and then gets up his body temp has lowered and his breathing improved. ... 04.01.2022 It’s #worldbreastfeedingweek and it’s had me reflecting on my incredible journey with my boys. I absolutely adored my breast feeding journey with both my children and I have to say I was very lucky with both that it was relatively easy. I know, however, this is not always the case, and I truely believe fed is best. However, I am so grateful that I got to embrace this incredible time with both boys for such a long time. I was lucky enough to come across very few obstacles bu...t I do wish I had oils in my life on a number of occasions. Now I get to help other mumma’s in their journey, which I love. My favourite oils to support breastfeeding mummas are, Copaiba, Basil and Fennel. 01.01.2022 I am so glad I always have my oil on me... even if I only had a mini Lavender. Today the high winds caused my sinuses to block and in turn my jaw to hurt, my neck to stiffen and along my shoulder and all of course a headache emerged. I felt pretty lousy....
