25.01.2022 How is the 9th of August for everyone for a final drink? It's a Friday night

24.01.2022 Ok ladies it's time to have some drinks to farewell the mums in action classes. This Friday the 9th, meet at the boat Mindarie about 5.30. that way those stuck with kids can still come for a quick hello and we can also grab some pub food together. The more the merrier so if U know an ex client and they haven't seen this post let them know please x

18.01.2022 Hi everyone, tomorrow's class will start at 9.30am instead of 9.15am, just for this week.

06.01.2022 As U all know I have been in the process of trying to sell the business as I have started working full time. I aimed to run classes through this term while I tried to sell, which I have done. Unfortunately it is not feasible for me to continue running classes once this school term ends. I will continue to try and sell and keep U all posted. The last class will be Saturday the 6th of July. I do this with great sadness as I have loved this business for many years, but it's time for me to return to some more serious work after my many years of being a stay at home mum. Thank you to all who have supported me over the years. We will have a celebration drink to end the era.

02.01.2022 Hi everybody, Mondays class will be yoga for a few weeks while Nads does prac. Chrissie will be taking the class. It will be a yoga class that makes U sweat and burn so U will all get a good workout!
