Today, October 15th, is Pregnancy & Infant Loss awareness day. It’s our 4th year participating in the wave of light and tonight I will light a candle for our boy Sebastian, and the many other babies that have been taken too soon. The saddest thing about it being our 4th year, is that other parents have since joined the club - some people we know, and many more we do not. Chances are, you know someone too (please reach out to them today and send your love). To all new (and old) grieving parents - I’m sorry you’re here, I’m sorry your baby didn’t get to stay and I’m sorry you have had to experience this. Please keep their names alive, say their names proudly and tell their story. You must remember you are not alone. If you are struggling, please ask for help.
