21.01.2022 MUMS WHO MAKE CHRISTMAS EDIT How fast has this year gone? We are already back in full silly season swing. It’s been a crazy & amazing year and we’re not gonna lie, 3 kids under 4 ain’t no easy feat, especially with this side hustle as well as both our husbands running demanding & busy family businesses. The juggle is real! So this year, while it breaks our hearts that we are unable to physically deliver our usual Mums who Make Christmas market for our MC community and bos...s babes, but if we want to maintain the high caliber we usually deliver and provide a magical market event space that gets 100% the love it deserves then for now while our family lives need our full attention, we are taking a break this year and creating a Mums Who Make Christmas edit via our social pages instead. We would rather do things right than rushed and family will always come first for us, our babes are only this little once so we want to enjoy that as much as we can! We are passionate about supporting other mums and supporting mums in small biz too, our markets are always reflective of that and our online presence is no different. One whole year of supporting local mums, supporting small biz and building a beautiful community of empowering one another. We have loved every minute of working together this past year, through our parental workshops, medium readings, markets as well as helping connect local boss babes to more beautiful local customers via our directory and supporting mums via our Sleepymumzzz FB group. We make a great team, complimenting each other in every way, supporting one another and sharing the same drive and passion to support mums & women through motherhood and each stage that brings. We cannot wait to see what this next year will bring for us...(once we come through this new baby bubble and the chaos that comes with 3 kids under 4). Jacqui shares with us how she manages mum/work life and her top school starting tips. With my eldest starting school next year, I know first hand the overwhelm that many parents feel when deciding if their child is 'ready for school'. As a customer myself, when I read the email announcing they wouldn’t be able to continue with these incredible kits I knew I had to approach them and take on their idea. I have a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and have been teaching Kinder for over 15 years so I completely understand the value in each toolkit. When it comes to the juggle, Jacqui keeps it real...Haha well at the moment as I’m teaching part time, Housework definitely takes a back seat and I don’t think my girls have worn matching socks in months But everyone is happy and healthy so that’s what matters right? Next year I will have more time to dedicate to both businesses with my eldest at school and my youngest at kinder.
