If you have any belief in the notion that you get what you pay for if you pay nothing what do you expect to get? Sure, its a great notion that you can have multiple agencies competing to get "your job". Unfortunately, they are all working for nothing, applying minimal effort and youre ripping most of them (if not all of them) off at the end of the day. Find a good agency, with prices you can afford, and build a lasting relationship that will allow you to receive fantastic service and results. If you want to run a competition, head to 99 designs, I think they have made it compulsory to award a winner and pay out now, that was not originally the case.
