22.01.2022 Yesterday, Queensland's Chief Health Officer Dr Jeannette Young answered some of your most frequently asked questions about changes to restrictions Was your q...uestion answered Will camping sites and national parks be open to facilitate camping? Will stage 3 be brought forward, like stage 2? What about close confined spa activities like saunas and float tanks? Why have these always stayed closed? Do restaurants and pubs have to adhere to the 4 square metre rule, or can they have 20 patrons regardless of the size of the venue? Can I have a BBQ in my backyard? How many people can I invite, and do we have to socially distance? How many people can be at the gym? And do I have to stay 1.5 metres from others? Do you still advise the elderly should isolate? My 87-year-old mother with medical problems thinks she can go to all her club meetings now.

17.01.2022 Mundingburra Medical Centre provides Chronic Disease Management Plans (Care Plans) for eligible patients. There are two types of Care Plans:- GP Management Plans (GPMP); and Team Care Arrangements ... Your GP may suggest a GPMP if you have a chronic, or terminal, medical condition. WHAT IS A GPMP A GP management plan can help people with chronic medical conditions by providing an organised approach to care. A GPMP is a plan of action you have agreed upon with your GP. If you also have complex care needs and require treatment from two or more allied health care providers, your GP may suggest a TCA as well. WHAT IS A TCA If you have a chronic medical condition and complex care needs requiring multidisciplinary care, your GP may also develop Team Care Arrangements. These will help coordinate more effectively the care you need from your GP and other health care providers. All appointments for GPMP’s AND TCA’s are bulk billed at Mundingburra Medical Centre. Please make an appointment with your GP to discuss whether you’re eligible for a GPMP and/or TCA.
