25.01.2022 Our general meeting is scheduled for 22nd of August 2020 at 8:30am . The Neighbourhood Watch Meeting will follow after our meeting. Our Local Member for Scenic Rim, Jon Krause MP, will be in attendance at this Meeting.... Following this will be another Meeting for those interested in discussing the issues with Shipping Containers in the Estate.

21.01.2022 Thankyou to all of those who came along to the MECEG and Neighbourhood Watch Meetings yesterday. We had an amazing turnout of community members which really helps to get voices hear. We would like to say a big thankyou to INDIGO DUSK and attending guests, JULIE CAMPBELL, JON KRAUSE, CLIVE SHIELDS AND SCOTT BANNAN. Some photos from the BBQ.... 16.01.2022 A Macro Bowl Food Truck is coming to our estate. The truck will be parked near the Community Centre every Friday 4pm -7pm. Approval has been given to sell food from a public place. They're called Macro Bowls because they hit all of your Macronutrients, Carbs, Proteins and Fats. Our Bowls have a great variety of Gluten Free and Vegetarian options to satisfy everyones needs. A simplified form of balanced eating, our Bowls typically consist of a grain base, warm brown rice and quinoa, raw and cooked vegetables and salads, topped with hot proteins, paired with one of our house dressings and a healthy fat like avocado, edamame, chia seeds and almonds.

This is a SCAM. ‘Good morning, According to our system, you are likely to have been in close proximity to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. This means that you now need to self-isolate for 7 days and take a COVID-19 test.' 'OK. Can you tell me who that person was?' 'I'm not able to tell you that. That is confidential information.' 'Right. Um... so ....'... 'But you do need to be tested within the next 72 hours. So can I just get the best mailing address so that we can send a kit to you?' 'Ok (gives address)' 'Thank you - and I just need to take a payment card so that we can finalize this and send the kit to you.' 'Sorry - a payment card? I thought this was all free?' 'No - I'm afraid not. There is a one-off fee of $50 for the kit and test results. Could you read off the long card number for me, please, when you're ready.' 'No - that's not right. 'I'm afraid it is. Can you give me the card number please - this is very important, and there are penalties for not complying.' Puts the phone down. This is how scammers work.
