Ha...ve you got some ideas to contribute? Are you willing to work alongside our dedicated Committee to bring this event into reality? Yes! Yes! YES? You are invited to come along to the next Committee meeting on Tuesday 2nd March at the Railway rooms starting 6pm. Everyone is welcome! Planning is well underway for this year's Festival with our micro-groups busy bedding down the details, seeking quotes, applying for funding etc. ITS GETTING REAL PEOPLE!! We would love to get stories of all Station Masters,and anyone else who worked on the Railway. If you have photos you don’t wish to part with we will photocopy them. Please help us keep the History of our Railway Station alive. Don McCluskey a former Station Master sent his story in. Very interesting reading. If on your travels you see any old Raiway things for sale let us know The Railway Station is open every day. Why not go & see what we have there

Rotary members will accompany the Jones fa...mily for this special occasion. All welcome. In addition to this the R100 Baton Relay will be coming to town. The R100 Baton Relay is an event across Australia & New Zealand to celebrate 100 years of Rotary working in our communities. R100 Baton Relay will run throughout Australia, State by State, District by District, Club by Club. After the opening of the Anthony Jones walk, the Baton will make its way to Wain’s Lookout to be handed over and continue its journey.
