13.01.2022 Merry Christmas everyone and happy new year. From family here at Mungin Out we thought we would make a special batch for everyone to enjoy over Xmas. We have only made 8kg so please get orders in early this week only. Regular customers will get priority.

11.01.2022 Halloween sample packs are in the making. This year we are making sample size sauce as well as the usual beef jerky.

10.01.2022 Bakkwa - Mungin Out style. We wanted to add more variety to our jerky range. But our customers told us to stick with the original flavour. So this is what we came up with. Bakkwa! Its the same great flavour that everybody loves, but done with lean mince beef. The response from our regular customers today were all positive. Most people prefer this to the original jerky as this is "easier to eat".

08.01.2022 Hi this is Todd and Novita. We have been making beef jerky for the last four years. It was the love of food that started the whole journey. We took our first beef jerky to our work place for people to try. The feedback was so overwhelming. Four years later we are still making batches after batches. Each batch flies out the door just as quick as the last one. With our humble medium size dehydrator we can only process 10kg of raw Queensland beef at one time. One batch usually s...ells within a week. Our dream is to one day turn our hobby into a full commercial production. 05.01.2022 Meet the chef and inventor of Mungin Out beef jerky This is Todd Cloutt We are currently preparing for our Halloween beef jerky. Parents of trick or treaters who knocks on our door gets a sample size bag of beef jerky. The rest are for sale as per usual of course.

02.01.2022 What chillies do we use in our jerky? These are some of them. They are home grown in our backyard. It ranges from mild Pimentos to the hottest Bhut Jelokia (Trinidad Scorpion) and Carolina Reapers.

01.01.2022 Christmas tree is up (a little early I know). Two brand new dehydrators under the tree are our Christmas presents to each other. We should be able to process a lot more meat for our beef jerky next year
