24.01.2022 G'day everyone. I am in need of a mobile boily who can Ally Tig weld who is neat and experienced with fine pipe work please. I have a few bits needed done asap please:... Angle pipe to turbo housing Plate welded to intake manifold I will supply the plate for manifold as a billet part but need help for supplying the bend to fit turbo. We are in Ormeau, Qld, so local would be better suited Obviously the job will be seen in photos and posts so it must be neat work please. If all works out well there will be more work in the near future. Please feel free to comment below and photo of your work on cooler pipe jobs and manifold. Cheers everyone.

Our local manufacturer re-opens on the 4th of January, and that is when we will place our order. This means ETA is end of January 2021. 22.01.2022 COMING SOON! CV Boot Shields for the MY21 Isuzu D-Max / Mazda BT-50. Any other models out there want one? If so, comment below and we will add it to the list to start working on a set for your car! As I am sure a lot of you know (and have personally experienced), the CV Boots are exposed at the wheel. Debris, mainly sticks, can rupture these boots without you knowing. This makes a hell of a mess, and then allows water and dirt to get into your CV, which will destroy the CV (a... lot of the time this happens before you even know about the puncture). These shields have been designed to maximise deflection, but still allow full articulation of the front assembly. We are happy with our final product and we be releasing a Pre-Order soon once we have an ETA for arrival.
22.01.2022 Not sure if you saw our latest YouTube video....installation instructions for a Diff Drop Relocation on the new Isuzu D-Max and Mazda BT-50. What does this mean? We have FINISHED testing and we are starting production of this new part. We will open Pre-Orders shortly, so watch this space as we will announce when they are open.... The Diff Drop Relocation will be $300.00 including postage Australia wide and will be available in Munji Blue and Stealth Black. 21.01.2022 After two really, really, really long days of fulfilling and posting pre-order Shackle and Hard Pipe orders (stock arrived Monday), it’s bloody fantastic to end a day with reading an email like this!!
20.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS!!! Thanks to all our amazing supporters; not only have we had to hire an additional store person to help get orders out, BUT, we have now leased a SECOND WAREHOUSE as we simply ran out of room with all our new products! Our new warehouse (3 doors down from our current warehouse) will be where all orders will be sent out, and to make this happen, we need to commit a massive amount of man power to move the stock to the new warehouse.... Our original warehouse will be converted to a research and development factory. This is the most exciting development as I will finally have the space we need to finish off and start some new products that have been on our list for a long time. Orders over the next week will be delayed (some orders may not be sent out for over a week whilst we move), and so to celebrate (and compensate for the delay) we are offering 10% off store wide for the next week. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

One of my good mates Rick Palmer from R&R Products and Supplies popped into Munji HQ today with his My21 Isuzu XTerrain to do some final fitment testing for our new Bonnet Struts and CV Boot Shields. As you can see in the photos, the Bonnet Struts fit mint! and so we will now place our order for our supplier and will open pre-orders shortly.... These Bonnet Struts are a fully customised Munji design, made from Marine Grade 304 Stainless Steel (all components, including the black brackets which are e-coated). How do you feel about the black fixtures? Do you like? Or would you prefer the stainless look all around? (Also, did you notice the Munji hard pipes? We will be opening pre-orders for these very very soon!)

15.01.2022 G'day everyone, hope you are all doing well. Any of you guys and girls interested in 3d printing? This is a new beast of a printer check it out and let me know your thoughts.... I've put my name down to update my current printer to allow for less time lost waiting for the week long prints to happen before testing each component we design and no more jigsaw puzzles to make one part with only a 500x500x500 build platform. This thing is double the size and faster with dual printer heads to allow for colours or in my case, water soluble structural material... My 3d printing is only for prototypes and testing shape and size, not for prodiction. This seems to have much better tolerances which is perfect for my uses. Looks like a local designer too Jump on it!

09.01.2022 Finally some good news!!!! Our massive order of Intercooler Pipes, Gas Bonnet Strutts and Shackles have finally f*^king arrived!! I’m so sorry for the delay!... As you can see we are getting some orders out today but please bear with us! At last count we had over 150+ orders to get out and that was before our Christmas sale! 07.01.2022 Its finally that time.. The final testing needed before the release of the Munji Trailer Recovery Link. It was great to meet face to face with the boys from Mechtest in Archerfield to discuss the testing for ultimate failure and get the safe working load ... https://www.mechtest.com.au/index.html These guys will test anything and the best part is, there will be a video of the part being destroyed once the test results are released!! Should we have a little fun and try guess the failure force? Body is billet 7075 alloy My aim is to exceed the 3.5t limit of the coupling, not that we ever expect to have that much force with a tow in real life but who doesn't wanna see breakages in testing.. 05.01.2022 **STOCK UPDATE** Thank you every one for being so patient with me, trust me, I know we are out of stock of a lot of products at the moment and we are working extremely hard to get stock back in. The current pandemic has delayed not only postage, but manufacturing, local and abroad. N.B. If you are waiting on an item to come back in stock, I STRONGLY recommend you sign up via the product listing on the website to be notified when pre-orders are open. I will be sending emails t...o everyone on those lists BEFORE publicly announcing stock is back in, please check your spam folders and ALSO ensure you enter your email address correctly. 1. 2" Shackles - I am expecting an email any day now confirming stock is on the way. Once I receive that email I will be opening pre-orders for mid July (estimated) delivery. 2. Hard Pipes - Same as Soft-Ride Shackles. 3. Soft / Silicon PIpes - We are expecting confirmation any day now that stock is on the way. Once that happens, pre-orders will be opened. They are coming via express post. 4. Diff Drop Relocation (Old Model) - Are back in for the early Isuzu. We have limited stock arrive via express post, with the remainder coming via sea. 5. Diff Drop Relocation (New Model) - We are in the final stages of testing (in the UK and Australia). If all goes well we will commence manufacturing this new product within the month. 6. Body Lifts - 2" blocks are currently out of stock and will be arriving by the end of next week. So there will be a slight delay in getting these orders out. 7. 1" Engine Lift (New Model) - Production has started and so this product will be released soon. The testing in the UK in the AT35 D-Max went really well. 8. Inner Guards - We have a lot of new inner guards coming soon. We are trying to get these released ASAP and we are continuing to work on new models. 9. Light Bar Brackets - We are expecting stock within the next couple of weeks.

Bought a Nissan Went camping, 4wheelin and hunting in that Nissan... Scratched that Nissan Had to repair that Nissan... It all started in the first week haha Now living the Y62 life Who else has a y62 here or is wondering what they are like? Cant complain so far, lets just not ask about the fuel economy OK!! 04.01.2022 Trailer Recovery Link - Destructive Test results are in!!! The point of failure (for the recovery link itself) was 107.61 kN (10,973.16 kg) of force applied to the tow ball connection. Due to the tow ball connection failing at just under 11 tonne, the Trailer Recovery Link could not be tested any further. The test demonstrated that our Trailer Recovery Link exceeds the strength of a 3.5 tonne rated tow ball.... 04.01.2022 So as many may know we bought the wife a new y62 series 5 Patrol a while ago when we sold the 2016 dmax. It was about time I started at my old games with the wife... Wondering how long it would take for her to notice the difference. Well first start up gave it away ... Big thanks to Beaudesert Exhausts for the rugged system. 04.01.2022 G'day everyone. I hope everyone is getting through the current situations ok and staying safe. As many of us are taking time to clean up our rigs and modify whi...le times are quiet. I thought I'd give the old girl a treat and get it cleaned and detailed. Being a daily driven car, 4wheeler/test rig and lugger of car parts it gets pretty dirty. There was some stains I never thought I'd get ride of. I called on the boys from Turbo charged detailing to see what they could do. The boys knowing me and what the old girl goes through, they go to work. Wow!! Understatement, the wrap looks new again with the wrap treatment they used and the interior.... well lets just say the rear seat came up mint no more stains and overall very impressed.
