05.01.2022 The next week or two starts a new chapter in education. There is a huge learning curve that students, parents and school staff will be navigating together!! As we embark on these new methods of teaching and learning please remember to be patient and offer grace to your childs teacher and other school personnel. I promise that educating your children is still their #1 priority. They are about to navigate uncharted waters with minimal prep time, a rapid technological learning ...curve, as well as very little certainty as to what exactly they are preparing for - with a number of possibilities as to what next term will look like on the table. This is a crisis, not a time to be playing armchair expert. Please be kind, caring and considerate towards everyone as we do this together and support each other along the way. They love our kids and will be doing their absolute best! Please check you Class Dojo for a series of information packs that the Department have brought out. For families that have indicated they will be accessing Learning at Home, the school will send out packs in week 2 of the holidays so students will be ready to start on Tuesday 28th April. For familes who have indicated that students will be at school, we will be ready for a brand new term on Tuesday 28th April. There will be a combination of face to face learning as well as online.
