15.01.2022 We have had queries from parents who are unsure about how to follow their family court orders with all the restrictions around the Covid-19 outbreak, especially as the holidays approach. Here is some sensible advice from the Chief of the Family and Federal Circuit Court regarding how parents should approach complying with parenting orders in these difficult times. Above all, parents should use common sense and support ways for children to maintain their relationship with both... parents and siblings safely. This is not the time for arguments which the Court will not be able to sort out any time soon. We work with several great mediators who can assist to resolve these problems quickly before a dispute becomes entrenched. If you are struggling with this issue, contact us for advice before making any decisions that might see you at risk of breaching orders.

Today is World Mental Health Day. Let’s take a moment to look out for our friends and colleagues who may be suffering in silence and make sure they get the support they need.
