24.01.2022 First Prána Getaway with the @yogished family was a great success. Of course I could not contain the emotion at the end of it. It was both the energy of the experience plus the realisation that slowly I am overcoming obstacles and achieving the goals and the path that i always visualised for my business that brought happy tears to my eyes.... 22.01.2022 2020 foi assim né, a vida virou de cabeça pra baixo e nós ficamos ali tocando as mãos no chão para manter um senso de equilíbrio e estabilidade. E pra isso aprendemos a ser mais flexíveis, a olhar as coisas de outro ângulo e a encontrar caminhos que antes não considerávamos possível. Então que levemos esses ensinamentos pra 2021, e não caiamos nos mesmos hábitos, rotinas e paradigmas que nos deixem paralisados no nosso mesmo ciclo existencial. Que possamos evoluir e crescer c...om esses aprendizados! --------------------------------- 2020 was like this: life turned upside down and we were there keeping our hands on the ground to try and find a sense of balance and stability. And with that we learnt how to be more flexible, and how to look at things from a different angle and find ways we never thought were possible to continue. When you love and care for yourself, you become more giving and loving towards others. In the contrary, if we don't feel good about ourselves we generally don’t feel so happy and generous with the world around us....
