23.01.2022 Thats ut for 2020 thanks to everyone that turned up tonight was a great night we finished the year with some great sparring. A lot of you guys have got your chance in the ring harness it learn from it and lets see where it takes us in 2021. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to all of you. 19.01.2022 Great way to finish the week with a hard 24 rounds of boxing, the weights coming off im feeling a million dollars. Its all ahead of me 100 kgs is the target lets see how I go. Last Wednesday i weighed in at a poultry 130.2kgs how embarrassing.

18.01.2022 Up the anti today, 22 rounds of sheer hard work. Im over all sorenes now and feeling 100% for a 58 year old. 17.01.2022 Two weeks ago Liam joined the family and he was petrified of the speedball. After a lot of convincing and rounds he now hits the speedball like he owns it, hes confidence is sky high and he feels comfortable on this apparatus. 12.01.2022 How good is it to be back at training great turn up everyone trained hard. Great to see big Nick back in the fold you will be sore tomorrow mate. Sarah Molika both trained the house down, sparring was exceptionally good for the first night back Reuben Declan and Lucas straight into 6 rounds which was great and you would have paid to watch them, it was fantastic. Justin will be turning professional next month and having his first pro fight in March at the pavillion everything going right.
