18.01.2022 Murphs Gym opening hours for the Christmas holidays. Thursday the 24th 7am - 3pm Friday 25th - closed Saturday 26th - closed Open Monday the 28th 7am - 3pm.

08.01.2022 As Murphs Gym gets ready to re open on Monday the 22nd of June I will be slightly adjusting the opening hours. These are the new times going forward. Monday - Friday 7am - 6:30pm. ... Saturday mornings 9am - 12pm. If anyone is going to have any difficulties getting to the gym in these hours please contact me directly. Can't wait to see everyone again. Earl

05.01.2022 Murphs Gym reopen Monday the 2nd of November. Apologies for the delayed opening. Have lots to get sorted out this week coming up. Look forward to seeing everyone soon. Earl Anyone who has leased equipment can now return it during the week between 9am and 4pm as you can have access to the gym through the health Food shop
