15.01.2022 Deborah & Jarrod Spagnolo (Jindera) - Design & Construct. Design Brief: Construction of a 2 Bedroom & front Verandah Extension with built in Wardrobe and additional storage between bedrooms. With Deb & Jarrod’s need for additional bedrooms, and a play area for their young and growing family, the design developed together consisted of breaking through what was Adams nursery, this room then become Adams new play area, once we broke through we designed a small hallway which had ...a linen / storage cupboard on the end, we then created the entries to the bedrooms off the sides of the cupboard, we designed & built the robes directly behind the hallway cupboard. Key Considerations: - Matching of existing brickwork & Colourbond roofing, fascia and guttering - Colonial windows and heritage style verandah fret work - Re-location of main gas meter - Disconnection of mains power and relocation of main electrical meter box. Construction time frame: 4 weeks. From the Team at Murphy Developments, I would to thank you Deb, Jarrod & Adam, who turn 1 year old during construction for allowing us to build your extension, although we had some noisy moments we were pleased that Adam wasn't to put out from it all and hope that he enjoys his new room and play area. 07.01.2022 Hume Country Retirement Resort (North Albury / Glenroy) Construction. Brief: Construction of New 3 Bedroom, 1 x Bathroom, Double Garage Retirement Unit Turn Key Construction of one of the Hume Country Retirement Resort standard 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Double Garage retirement units (unit 52). ... The scope of works consisted of a Turn Key Contract, or simply put, inclusive of everything, light fitting, floor covering, heating and cooling, retainer walls, landscaping, irrigation system, stenciled driveways and paving, Fencing, 9.0m x 3.0m metal rear pergola, clothesline, dishwasher and so on. As a standard inclusion to the unit designs they offer, the Hume Country Retirement Resort offer a very high standard of quality across the board. The selection of fixture, fitting, appliances are not of the everyday run of the mill inclusions. Step less entries, wheelchair accessible passage door sizes, nurse call facilities and the community center with the pool, gym and much more make this Retirement Resort very attractive. 05.01.2022 Boys from Peter Dempsey Plumbing and Gary Dyball Professional Rendering hard at work.

02.01.2022 Design & Construct. Jenny & Michaels main objective for the design brief was to extend on their existing Living area, provide a dining area, new kitchen and walk in pantry’. They also requested that we provide an outdoor entertaining area (under main roof), provide additional storage to the hallway between the Lounge room and the new living /dining areas and renovate the existing dining room into a multifunctional room to allow for an additional bedroom / study. There were a...re number to factors to consider with these works, Roof tiles & brickwork need to match existing, the new floor level also had to match the existing and the end of the existing carport was required to tie back into the new extension. Overall the construction time frame for the build, from demolition to the handing over of keys, took just over 6 weeks. From the team at Murphy Developments we would to thank Jenny & Michael, for not only entrusting us to construct there extension but also for their patience as they did have to live through the difficulties of having this built around them whilst still living there.
