25.01.2022 Custom rack to fit a grizzly 350 quad. Flush mount tie down in centre and base Is shaped to the bikes stock pipe rack on the rear. This guy wanted something pretty heavy duty and flash to suit his bike hence the inch bars. 25.01.2022 Another happy customer today who picked up his set of "crate mate" stands and crate tie downs. New design to secure your crate to your truck Tray that only needs one socket for operation. 24.01.2022 So after a busy Chrissy and new year break, Murphys welding service is back to business. This is the before and after of a 50x50x2mm gate that I fabricated at home and fitted on site today. The cost of this gate and local fitting is $350. 19.01.2022 Steel cattle yards is what murphy welding has been up to for the last two weeks! All up 13 gates were made on site! These yards include a ramp, round yard and calf race. 16.01.2022 Had a customer this week that was sick of having to replace the small push button latches on his builders top trailer so he needed a change. I removed the old latches, did some modifications and replaced them with chrome finished T-bar lockable latches. All up costing the customer $220. Not only do these latches look great but they are a lot stronger than your small push button latches. For any trailer modifications, including me coming to you, feel free to contact me for a quote!

14.01.2022 Small lockable mesh box for a customer to lock up his engel fridge while going camping and also double to throw a few groceries in. Only wanted a simple barrel bolt latch but can use different latches to order. I welded plate with holes in it to be bolted to the tray to keep those thieves away from your expensive gear. Price for this box is $200.

14.01.2022 The last two days for Murphy's welding was spent replacing the rusted out floor in a cattle crush. It was replaced with heavy duty 3mm thick galvanised checker plate which I feel is the best way to go if you are chasing something to last. The foot grips are oddly spaced as this crush is a squeeze crush. All up this cost the customer $660 from start to finish. Feel free to contact me for quotes on and new fabrication or repair work you might want done!

14.01.2022 Busy few weeks doing an onsite job of a set of steel cattle yards. There was 8 gates hung and over 5 packs of cattle rail used which needed almost 200m of welding to finished fabrication!

09.01.2022 Dog box made to fit V8 land cruiser. Box was shaped to head board with gull wing gas strut doors and lockable buckle flap latched. This box was designed as mainly a storage box for an engel fridge and tradesman tools hence there are only two small windows. Also added a tie down rack on top to carry swags and bags. Price for this box is $800 not including powder coating.

08.01.2022 Using an existing frame in a set of cattle yards today I installed my first roof. It was a fairly straight forward job and both myself and the customer were extremely happy with the job. The price of this roof was $800.

06.01.2022 Happy to announce my first ALUMINIUM canapy made for the back of a land cruiser. The feet go inside the tray onto flat bar to be bolted to the steel tray. 05.01.2022 This is some repair work from last week on a stock crate divider. To replace both sheets and put extra bracing in all up cost $380. I didnt get a photo of the door but it has the same bracing as the solid part of the divider. I can also do on site repairs to crates and stock yards so dont hesitate to contact me for a quote!
