12.01.2022 Last night we had our final junior coaching for the year. The 8 weeks have flown, but the improvement in the kids tennis has been obvious. We made a presentation to our coaches and thanked them for their wonderful effort. A huge thanks to Pam and Barry for the many years of volunteering that they have put into Murrabit Tennis juniors in the HOTSHOTS. We also thanked Shaun for taking on the coaching role for TENNIS 4 TEENS. He did a fantastic job sharing his skills and know...ledge with the older kids. The participants were also presented with a certificate and gift. Thank you to Sports Power Kerang. Thank you to everyone who came along to enjoy the evening. It was lovely to have Hold My Buns catering for us. We welcome Shaun into the role of coach for the Tennis 4 Teens and are very pleased to have Pam and Barry taking on the Hot Shots again. Starting in 2 weeks.

04.01.2022 After careful consideration the community groups that host the Murrabit Country Market have made a decision to cancel the November 2020 market. This would have ...been our 43rd anniversary! While we are happy that markets can again reopen the requirements to do so are extremely prohibitive for a market of our size. Our stallholders also come from all over Victoria, NSW and SA and as a border community ourselves, we have some added complexities to deal with! We are however optimistic that over the next few weeks the active cases of COVID-19 in Victoria will decline so that we are in a position to re-open in some form for our December market...even if just for regional Victorians and Border Bubble residents...stay tuned...we will provide an update as soon as we are in a position to do so See more

01.01.2022 Congratulations to our 2019/20 Club Champions. Men’s Champion Simon Morton Ladies Champion Sally McDonald Junior Boy Champion Jordy McNeil Junior Girl Champion Ava Cummins... Trophies were presented last night as were didn’t get to have our end of year presentations in March due to COVID. Unfortunately Ava was not there to receive her trophy. This seasons club championships will be played in February as usual.
