20.01.2022 Looking for a challenge? Want to push yourself in the Saturday 1st Division? Then come join the number 1 amateur club in the Hills/Lower Murray area.... Coming off a challenging but successful 2020 season we are now looking to bolster our playing numbers for the 2021 season. We are holding a meet the coaches/come and try night on the 19th November. It will be a opportunity to catch up with our coaching group and also get to meet the current playing group and have a kick around. Food will be provided in the club afterwards We will be fielding 3 sides in 2021 so there is room for players of any ability. So if you are frustrated kicking around in the lower divisions or not getting the playing time you are looking for and are looking for a change, come out and have a look. With a family atmosphere and good facilities there has never been a better time to jump on board.

20.01.2022 PLAYER RE-SIGNING Dual A grade best and fairest Dale Binney will be back with us again in 2021. Dart has been one of our best and most consistent players over the last few season and we are thrilled that he continues to choose to play at our club. Another product of our junior’s, Dale has become a major problem for opposing teams and if we could get him banging in a few more goals he would become nearly unstoppable.... Welcome back Darta..

18.01.2022 PLAYER RE-SIGNING After a strange 2020 we thought we would finish off in style and start with announcing that Dan Ames will be back in Blue and Yellow in 2021. Danny has been a huge asset to the club since joining from Mt Barker at the start of 2019 and in his time at the club has won 2 x best and fairest, 2 x players players and was co-captain of the club last year.... He has quickly become a club favourite in his time and we are absolutely thrilled to have him signed on for the upcoming season Welcome back Dan We wish everyone a safe and happy new year and we will have plenty more of these in the next month or two.

17.01.2022 Please be aware of the change of venue for Saturday’s final. The game is now to be played at The Paddocks at Para Hills. While the location is not ideal we still need a massive crowd to show up as the club chases it’s first ever senior trophy. Kick off is still 3pm

15.01.2022 100 YEARS OF FOOTBALL IN THE LOWER MURRAY By David Trenam RRP - $50... An excellent read containing over 400 pages of the game's history in the area including content on current and former SAASL Clubs including Murray Bridge United, City, Mannum, Mobilong and other Soccer Clubs as well as information on various International Touring teams to play in the Lower Murray and more. We will be taking orders over the bar at our Senior Presentation Night on the 31st of October. 15.01.2022 Fantastic turn out last night for our Xmas catch up. Great to see some new but also some returning faces out there. Things are in good shape for next year. Pre season will commence on January 20 and stay tuned for some exciting announcements early in the new year. 13.01.2022 To supporters coming to tomorrow’s game The Para Hills United soccer club clubrooms and ground are located at the paddocks, bridge Rd, para hills, immediately behind the para hills community centre, If you have to pay to get in you are at the wrong ground. Please tell family and friends that are coming so they don't get confused. There is a reserves cup on before so it shouldn't be to hard to find. See you all there tomorrow

07.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT Over the next few months we will announce some of our new signings and re-signings. Today, we are glad to announce that we have been able to retain our coaching staff again for 2021... Senior Coach - Terry Hayes B Grade Coach - Andrew Beavan C Grade Coach - Bill Mitchell This coaching group has taken the club from Div 4 to Div 1 with 3 consecutive promotions and last year in a modified competition was able to reach the league cup final. We are happy to have the Terry, Bev and Bill back to help guide us through what will be our toughest season yet. New Years Eve we will have a major re-signing. Stay tuned...

04.01.2022 BANGERS’S BACK We have had to fight off attempts from a nearby rival, but Marc Goldstone will be back with the club in 2021. A former Saturday div 1 championship winner and dual div 1 leading goal scorer, Goldy gives us some much needed experience up top.... After joining the club in 2017, He has been a 4 x club golden boot winner and been a huge part of our climb from the lower divisions. There is some goals left in the old fella yet Welcome back Marc

03.01.2022 AGM MONDAY 2nd NOVEMBER AT 6:30PM The AGM will be held at the Clubrooms on Beatty Terrace, Murray Bridge. A change to the to Constitution is being proposed with the substantive changes summarized below:... - Change of name to replace ‘soccer’ with ‘football’ to align with the peak bodies i.e. (FSA) Football South Australia, we understand that the AHJSA will also be adopting a change to replace ‘soccer’ with ‘football’. - Membership categories to encourage more membership of the Club. - Finance changes to align with the way the bank accounts operate. - Finance changes to make sure Membership and Registration fees are set and due before the season start. - Finance changes for audited accounts to be carried out by an accountant rather than an auditor. - Include a register of members and modernise to use email rather than letters to advice members. All are welcome.
