08.01.2022 Adult Squad We will be offering the following training sessions next week for the adult squad: Monday 21/12 - 5.30-6.30PM... Wednesday 23/12 - 5.00-6.00AM Wednesday 23/12 - 5.30-6.30PM The regular schedule will then resume on Monday 4 January. I would like to thank everyone for their efforts and support throughout what has been a challenging year. Looking forward to 2021, hopefully we can have a year of training and competition with far less interruptions! Finally, I would like to thank coaches Tim, Simon, Elaine, Ruby, Jack and Ben for their work with the adult squad in 2020. 08.01.2022 Hi All, with the latest update from Queensland Health, just a reminder regarding our COVID safe management plans - Please ensure you are following the signage and directions from the staff at the Centre. Sign in on arrival and out on departure. The pool will also be set to short course today to allow for better social distancing. Stay Safe - MESAC Staff.

04.01.2022 Hi All, It's our final session for this crazy year and you'd be silly not dive in for our 100 x 100m event. If 100 is too intimidating, aim for less, there will be different lanes with different time cycles, feel free to use fins/paddles/snorkel and everyone is welcome to come along and give it a go.
