17.01.2022 My standard rug repair is a patch of equivalent fabric with turned under edges. Most suitable when there is a hole in the rug or an area where the fabric has been compromised by significant tearing.
16.01.2022 My budget rug repair is only suitable for tears. Polyester binding is used to cover the tear and the rug's raw edges are sewn to the binding to offer greater stability. This method is also used for small holes, to prevent further damage.
