25.01.2022 A beaut Winters day here in sunny Moama (a top of 16 degrees) so I thought Id make the most of the sunshine & pruned the yakkas right back at our reception garden. So much better & brighter dont you think?! Ps- still lonely & still very much missing everyone!

Now, come on Gladys Berejiklian & open the NSW/Vic border so businesses like ours can start to prepare & plan for Christmas & the Summer Holidays!! We rely hugely on our full Regional Victorians & Melburnians for our income, not only my holiday park business but other businesses on the NSW of our border town. ... The 45min to 1.5 hour plus wait to cross the bridge from Echuca (Vic) into Moama (NSW) is a joke, deadly & unnecessary. Scrap the border closures & reopen the two states to move freely! COM’ON Gladys!!

Our green grass has loved every minute of lockdown (pretty much the only silver lining to being closed), getting the ultimate care or uninterrupted sunny days and a good drenching on the raining ones, top dressed most of them and fertilised them, then sat back and watched them flourish! 07.01.2022 Morning to all our MRHP followers Here at MRHP, we are starting to plan for our future and what our "new normal" may look like. We are wondering if you (our guests) would prefer an in-person check-in process (Obviously following social distancing rules if they still apply when we reopen) or would you prefer a contactless check-in process, which would see all bookings dealt with online and payments/forms completed all online prior to arrival and key collection done cont...actless etc. If theres one thing we love, its engaging with our customer, we certainly dont want to lose that feeling. You see, us three along with 11 other of their best mates should have flown to Bali yesterday for Ken & Lous surprise 60th Birthday celebrations, until someone invited Corona! Anyway, we were going to re-create a poolside photo in the sun to give you a giggle, until we looked at the water temp and it said 14 degrees, Ken said no way was he getting in! Instead, lets raise our beers (Coronas of course) and we will toast to them a Happy Birthday Holiday Facebook style instead!

04.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE The NSW Government announced yesterday that NSW Regional travel is set to reopen from 1st June 2020. What does this mean for MRHP?... MRHP will RE-OPEN from 1st June 2020 with new restrictions and guidelines in place to protect our holiday park from COVID-19. All 18 Annual Site holders are welcomed back Limited Powered Sites and limited Cabin accommodation Remaining Powered Sites and Cabins available at a later date if all is running smoothly There will be new restrictions and guidelines we all have to follow, all these details will be released via video in the coming week. All Annual Site holders have been sent an email today. Please refer to this. We look forward to welcoming you back to "Your home on the Murray" very soon.
