08.01.2022 We've just returned from an amazing 3 days spent on the Murray River with our guides, experiencing our new Murray River Safari tour! We spotted over 60 species of birds plus 6 koalas, red and grey kangaroos, swimming emus, 10 possums, and many active bird nests including White-winged Chough, Raven, Mudlark, Whistling Kites, Straw-necked and White ibis and Wedge-tailed Eagles!! Taste-testing some new menu items was also a highlight, our new Quandong Pie for dessert is divine!!
