06.01.2022 Group 9 Ladies Rugby League Please take a series look at this, teams will be kept local as possible, so if you get a group of girls from your town you will play together... Group Nine has put another call out for nominations for their new women's tackle competition.... They are looking to introduce two age groups, opens and under 17s, with the season to be run before the start of the leaguetag competition. The new competition is planned to kick off on February 21 with four rounds to be played leading into the finals on March 21. Players must have turned 17 to be eligible for the opens, with teams not linked to the current Group Nine clubs. A registration and training day will be held next Saturday, February 8. The session is aimed at introducing those new to the game the fundamentals of the sport. A barbecue will also be provided.
