08.01.2022 Cases vapour blasted for a 2000 CR250R restoration project. Engine is ready for reassembly, stay tuned for photos as the engine comes together.

03.01.2022 Suzuki RV90 1973 is now stripped and undergoing full restoration. Cylinder has been rebored, crank rebuild and pending reassembly. Some modifications were needed to frame due to cracking and improper engine mounts. Frame will be sand blasted and painted soon Stay tuned for progress photos.

18.12.2021 Full engine rebuild of a 2003 Honda CR80R for a customer. Included rebuild of crank and cylinder replate. Several helicoils and the replacement of many engine bolts required.

07.12.2021 Small repair done on this immaculate 2001 Honda XR50R that had been sitting for a while. Blocked fuel petcock, dirty carb and needed some fuel line and an oil change. It then started right up. You don't see them in this condition very often!

20.11.2021 The YZ125 has also received some recent love. Since the pics, swingarm installed and pro circuit pipe polished to a high standard. More to follow. #2stroke

13.11.2021 Project YZ85 is progressing. Engine installed to sand-blasted and 2 pac painted frame. Shock, swingarm and radiator installed. Tank propped for sticker kit. And we have spark!... Next up is carb, triple clamps and bars.

27.10.2021 2 Stroke Project, this one is a 2000 Yamaha YZ125 with very low compression and needing a big tidy-up. Suspension and tyres worn, kick start mechanism making bad sounds. Have not attempted to start it. Stay tuned..

22.10.2021 Latest project for a customer. 2006 Yamaha YZ85. Damaged inner crankcase Seized crank Worn cylinder... Missing a few parts. Stay tuned for this one which will be getting a full redo.

14.10.2021 Recent full rebuild and light restoration of a YZ250 that was almost fully stripped. Rebuilt crank, new main bearings and seals, new topend, chain, sprockets, tyres. Deep aluminium clean of frame and other alloy parts.

10.10.2021 Restoration of a non-running 2011 Honda CRF70F. A customer picked.this up from a rural area not running - the engine had no compression so a sticking or bent valve was suspected. Removing the head revealed a bent exhaust valve.... During the teardown, a light restoration was performed including sandblast and paint to frame, new tyres and Bead blasted and painted engine cases. First photo was before, rest are afterwards.

04.10.2021 Full restoration of a 2003 Kawasaki KX65 as featured in Australiasian Dirt Bike February 2021. Sand blasted and 2pac paint to frame Laser cut lowering links Vertex top-end kit and hone, supplied by Serco.... Rebuild water pump including new impellor. Sand blasted and painted engine Motoxart sticker kit Twinair filter Seat cover to suit. Check before and after pics.
