19.01.2022 Update on the 2020 season The Murrayville football Club has informed the league that we will not go ahead for the 2020 season. We did not make this decision lightly. After recent discussions with the league and other clubs, it seems as though the border and travel issue brought up by other clubs is something that isn’t going to be resolved this season. After all our hard work recruiting, raising money and putting our best effort in this year Murrayville Football and Netball ...Club would like to do the right thing and call this season. We believe this is the correct decision and we will now concentrate our efforts on a successful 2021 campaign and retaining the players that will take us to the next level. We will come back rejuvenated and excited with a stronger club than ever. Thanks to our players and supporters for being part of a special club See more

Crops going pretty well and we are expecting it will go over 2.5t/ha. Thanks to Clint and Jim for their work today unfortunately the header driver was way to hard on the gear and broke the header with approx 20ha to go. I’ll post a bit more footage later but here is a teaser from Synon today.

06.01.2022 Morning all. Just a update on the 2020 season and Covid-19. On Tuesday night the committee members had a zoom meeting to discuss the 2020 season. As a club we are concerned about our players and supporters and how footy and netball is a massive part of our social life. Some of the major things that we are facing for the 2020 season is, playing without crowds or when are the crowd restrictions are going to lift. Also the crossing the border is one of our biggest issues. Hav...ing them close makes it difficult for other clubs to cross and when they go back they would have to self isolate for two weeks. We also had a League Zoom meeting last night with all the other clubs. No decision has been made yet, but on 10th of June we will be having a another Zoom meeting and we will definitely be making a decision on that night if we are going to play or not. If the season was going to start we would have to start on 4th July so we can fit in two rounds plus finals. At this point it is not looking good. Please be patient with us. We will do our best to keep you guys up to date if anything else changes until 10th of June.

06.01.2022 Hey everyone! On the 16th of this month (Saturday) the footballers are training in Murrayville at 10:30. As well as new recruits travelling to train with us, it’s also our first hit out of the year so let’s show our support in numbers! The new guys are just as eager to meet us as we are them! Straight after training we will be having a BBQ & a meet and greet so please do your best to hang around and have a chat. We understand people have cricket but please try to be at trai...ning first and show your face. Spread the word in town and let’s show our support!!

01.01.2022 Check out a young bulldogs story about life right now.. Well written Coop - straight from the heart.

01.01.2022 There will be access to the crop in the sports hub block tomorrow, if you have a header, trucks, field bins or an auger that would be awesome. It’s the biggest fundraiser we have so let’s pitch in and get it done. We will start reaping a bit tomorrow so we will need field bins before we start. The sports hub also has a NGR card at the sample stand at Murrayville so if you are feeling generous you can split a load and donate a bit if you can. The kids need sport in the town and this is the easiest way you can help your club to keep going. Every little bit helps. Will post some pics of the progress tomorrow, hopefully it will go a lot better than last year

01.01.2022 Anyone who would like to play in the tennis competition end Jan - March/April please give your names to Brady or Carly before 22/12
