23.01.2022 Airport Transfers Now Departing Australia is opening up and we’re excited to be going along for the ride with a thorough COVID safe plan in place. Just this week we’ve had plenty of clients heading to the airport to visit interstate family members they haven’t seen since March!

10.01.2022 FESTIVE MESSAGE FROM MURRELL HQ It's been quite a unique year at The Murrell Group! We got off to a flying start with plenty of bookings coming through and exciting plans to have our busiest year yet. ... We obviously didn't factor in the world shutting down by the middle of March and our personal transport service entering the first "temporary suspension" in the history of our company! It was great to be able to return on the 1st of June and each month has been an improvement on the last as restrictions have eased (with some slight hiccups!). I'm very proud that through all the struggles and challenges we remained positive and persistent and delivered some major achievements including: - Our showcase video (which is pinned to the top of this page) which was completed in March and launched on the 1st of June to coincide with our return to normal trading hours -The creation of our brand new website at www.murrell.com.au - Our finalist place (in the categories of customer service, digital marketing and tourism and hospitality) in the Geelong Business Excellence Awards - The acquisition and integration of Golden Plains Storage by Murrell Group which has been performing ahead of expectations and proven to be a really positive and growing area of our company I'd like to say a very big thank you to each and everyone of our team members who have been prepared to constantly adjust throughout the year and never stopped trying their very best to provide great customer service no matter what their role within our company might be. I must also thank our valued clients who have been constantly supportive and encouraging particularly in the last couple of months as things have really got moving again and we've gotten the chance to see many of them in person as they've returned to their travels in some form. 2021 will be our 57th year in operation across three generations of our family. 09.01.2022 Tim hit the road this morning for a trip to see our award winning friends at Brae Restaurant It's always fantastic to speak with local businesses that make our region great and Brae is certainly one of those places that regularly makes for a great dining experience for their guests. It's only a 50 minute (very scenic!) drive along with Colac Road in one of our Holden Calais sedans or Mercedes Benz people movers and tables are available for groups of between 2 and 6 .

04.01.2022 Compare the pair! Our first team photo (with the purple background) was taken in November 2018 and our second was taken last week in May 2021! We were lucky enough to have Ian join us 2 years ago and apart from that are very lucky to have the same crew of proud locals committed to delivering excellent customer service for our clients.... Tim thinks a few grey hairs may have also developed in that time .

03.01.2022 We're very proud of our long history at the Murrell Group and always try our very best to acknowledge that hard work of those that have come before us. Our main office building was renamed "The Daryl Murrell Memorial Offices" three years ago after our late previous Managing Director Daryl. Visitors to Murrell HQ often comment on our plaque which takes pride of place at the front entrance. Our stretched limousine is also named "The Spirit of Gordon" in memory of Gordon Murrel...l (Tim's Grandfather) who founded our business with a single taxi in 1964. While these family members may now only be with us symbolically their traditions of hard work and great customer service are certainly not forgotten and we're very excited to see what the future brings for our business .
