21.01.2022 TARGET DEMOLITION CONTINUES Demolition of the former Target Mount Gambier building is well underway. The front half of the building has been reduced to a pile ...of rubble and twisted metal, as a machine with a claw makes its way through the structure. Small groups of people watch as the demolition crew go about their work.

18.01.2022 Works on the southern section of Liebig Street are under way as part of the final stage of the 2018 City Centre Renewal program. Remember, you can still access your favourite shops, cafes and restaurants during the works.

03.01.2022 We were proud to join the convoy of 31 trucks from the South West on Saturday, which saw over 1200 bales of hay delivered to Gippsland. Brant delivered this truckload to a farm in Orbost, a round trip of 1,300kms (in a single day of course). Well done to Eddie White and Daniel Meade and all those who contributed to this huge effort to support the farmers affected by the bushfires.... Eddie has spent weeks organising these donations and ensuring the hay was distributed directly to those in urgent need. Moyne Shire Mayor, Daniel Meade, spent countless hours organising the event, also arranging for road tolls to be waived. As well as the farmers who donated hay, so many local transport operators donated their trucks and drivers to make this happen.

02.01.2022 An early 5am start to feed the drivers and co-drivers heading off to Bairnsdale with loads of local hay. A 30 truck convoy is en route from Eddie White’s depot in Allansford with much needed feed and a spirit of support for those caught up in the fires.
