This is independent of the Murrumbateman Village Market so it will be up to the public and those suppliers to observe the required health guidelines.

You don't need to shop anywhere else for your food with our fresh fruit and vegetables, meats direct from the producer, salamis, cakes, jams, preserves, bread, honey, eggs, tea, hot foods, ice cream plus a wide range of crafts. It's all at Murrumbateman Rec Grounds 9am to 1pm and we're looking forward to good weather this week so it will be especially nice on the Village Green!

16.01.2022 Well it turned out a fantastic night last night for our inaugural Twilight Music Market. The weather held off and the kids invaded the market for our Halloween Hunt. The music program was sensational and generated a terrific atmosphere! We had some great Halloween costumes and our Halloween stalls gave the market an extra vibe. A really good sized crowd kept our stallholders busy. All in all, a terrific Community event that we are keen to replicate in the future.

15.01.2022 The market this Saturday is a great opportunity for Murrumbateman locals and visitors to buy a range of fresh foods from heritage tomatoes and seasonal vegetables to farm-fresh pork and great tasting cakes and pastries. As previously advised, the market is closely adhering to the guidelines around the COVID-19 virus and monitoring any further advice. There will be sanitisation stations, a more widely-spread layout and additional measures by stallholders to ensure a safe environment. Visitors will be expected to maintain recommended physical distances and will be asked to not loiter, make their purchases and leave the market promptly.

09.01.2022 COVID-19 Response by Murrumbateman Village Market Subject to any changing Government requirements, the Murrumbateman Village Market will proceed this weekend - 28 March 2020 - as an important opportunity for Murrumbateman residents to buy fruit, vegies, meat and other local produce. Please note It will be a morning market (as opposed to the previously advertised twilight market) commencing at 9am.... Visitors to the markets will be expected to maintain recommended physical distances and hand sanitisation stations will be available. Visitors will be asked to not loiter, make their purchases and leave the market promptly. Stallholders will be taking additional measures to keep their stall safe including regular sanitisation and a preference for card transactions. 04.01.2022 The market committee has taken the decision to cancel the market this Saturday due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation. Food markets are still allowed, but the committee felt that all the guidance from government and health authorities in the last few days is clear that the best chance of beating this pandemic is to observe the stay-at-home edict and avoid any large gatherings.
