24.01.2022 Award winners up at Wemen. Cod opening. Noons is a bit tired, bit of shut eye...

22.01.2022 Hello All, We had 17 adults and 4 juniors travel up to wentworth for cod closing a couple of weekends ago, another great turn out and comp put on by the MAC club. There were 32 yellas weighed in and 38 carp . No cod were caught. Prizes went to Cod = Jacpot, Yellowbelly = Andrew Shaw 49cm, Carp = Geoff Newall 71cm and the junior award went to Cam Whyte with a 50cm Carp. Cam also caught a 44cm yellowbelly in the comp trolling a lure , so it is good to see the young blokes learning the art of lure fishing. A couple of members awoke a bit ruff and dusty on the sunday and didnt put much time in on the water on the sunday but we won't name names for the fines. Ha Ha, Hope to see you all on the water at the next comp. GET HOOKED WITH US........MAC

21.01.2022 Hello All, The MAC angling club is heading up to wentworth for cod closing this weekend. Cod closing is another one of our great weekends away up to the murray river. Fun to be had by all. Comp starts 7.00 am on sat 26th and finishes sunday at 12.00pm prizes are biggest cod $300.00, biggest yella $50.00, biggest carp $20.00, junior (under 16) prize for biggest any species fish is $50.00 . Sponsors for this month and comp are SRT Cabinetry. And On- line Blinds Australia. Dont forget to all our members that our annual membership is now due, our calender/ membership year runs from the 1st of august to the end of the following july each year. This Saturday under lights at the Murtoa cricket ground the MAC Fishos take on the Murtoa footy club side in a social cricket match. Make sure you get down to the ground under the lights to watch the fishos give the footy players a lession in big bash cricket. Go MAC FISHOS .......
