16.01.2022 There is currently no vaccine for COVID-19 so it's important we all do our bit to minimise the spread of the virus and keep our mob healthy and safe: Wash you...r hands for at least 20 seconds, with soap, before you eat, drink or take care of others. Maintain a physical distance of 1.5m between yourself and anyone you do not live with. Avoid gatherings and crowds, have a yarn over the phone instead. Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or your elbow rather than your hands. If you are feeling sick with cold or flu-like symptoms get a COVID-19 test and stay home while you wait for the results. Keep your general health in check by eating well, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep and getting a flu shot. It's up to all of us to keep our mob safe and strong
