20.01.2022 Do u want to get fit tone ur body or just want to feel good about urself!!! Well come on in to the gym Tuesday's n Thursday's 4:30 for the kids 5:30 for the rest of u.. Male or female.. Even come and check out how we train whatch the guys spar... Maybe that will get in for a training session next time.. Don't b scared we don't bite!! It's like we r one big family in there.. So grab ur friends and bring them down c how good u feel after a session.....!!
