25.01.2022 So far a grand total of zero people have suggested they’re interested in shooting. If you want to shoot, you should change that.

23.01.2022 Members, Another great weekend of shooting, Starting with the .22 ( Just to let you know the front rest that Frank has been trying to sell is now off the market) Frank shot a brilliant 40.039 in Benchrest well done Frank. In .22 Field Simon & Frank both shot a 40 and Clint improved with a 38 and Paul both making it up to the 'Wall of Fame'. I equal my best score in the air rifle with a 185. Fullbore Target Rifle at 900yds with the usual tricky wind blowing David came out in front 102.011 and in F-Class Scope Winston showed us how it's done with 118.00. Next Sunday 'Fathers Day'300 yd shoot is cancelled, But I have changed the Calendar for following Saturday Shoot 12th September to a 300yd to allow us to have a Military shoot as it has been too long without one. See you on the Range Peter.

18.01.2022 Good news/Bad news. Earth works are beginning this week on our range so that we can get reopened for long range shooting. As a result of ongoing earthworks, there will be NO SHOOTING this coming weekend (Nov 7th and 8th). We will keep you up to date with further changes and progress on both social media and the club website.

01.01.2022 Unfortunately both Fullbore & Field Class disciplines are temporarily suspended with immediate effect. Until such time that our stop butts & mantlet is fixed, complies with all Firearm Registry specifications, it will only then be able to re-open. Planning for this is now being assessed. Therefore, this impacts shooting from this weekend. More details will be emailed to all members from our club captain.... Please also watch https://www.murwillumbahrifleclub.com.au/
