25.01.2022 Great Hiit superset session. 3 exercises 30 sec each no rest rotating through them for 6 mins. 1 min rest then round 2 and so on finishing with 10 x 100 m row. Awesome work Sam and pickles

23.01.2022 We all used to make fun of pickles push up ability back in the day and now I cant fault his technique, specially utilising the band for hip anti rotation push ups which are a lot harder then they look. Bloody pumped how well he did with this session
