07.01.2022 My Health is my whealth When we facing uncertainty a head, there is something that we can focus on. Is your inner state and your health as we can’t control the outside world so best to focus on your inner world and your vitality. For the machine to produce a great quality product needs a good fuel and maintenance so do our body need a great nutrients to be able to function properly. I share some of my health tips to strengthen our immune system in order to combat COVID 19 ...or other viruses. Lemon and Ginger drink/juice 2x/day Berry juice/smoothie 1x/day Green juices/smoothie 1x/day I have regular meal for dinner so I can have a little chat with the boys. Since I am familiar with meditation I also implementing 10’ meditation 2-3x/day. It’s help to calm the mind therefore more clarity and more energy (If you not familiar with meditation you can simply doing INHALATION THEN EXHALATION perhaps start with 5 breath 5x/day) you will feel different. I love doTTERA OIL, ON GUARD is my saving grace. I remember when my 4 month old Babby got running nose and fever at 4am. I applied this oil on his little cute babby feet finally he went back to Sleep and 8am he was good I am not a gymholic, massaging is my exercise Vit C also reccomended to boost immune Immune system Singing and dancing in the lounge room with the boys. Sleep is a must as it is help us to recovery Last but not least is NATURE and We are a small part of the universe: 1. Water, drinking enough water will help with hydration and absorption 2. Sun,great for absorption as contain vit D. 3. Earth, study shows if we stand on the ground it’s help to reduce high blood Pressure 4. Air, which is what we inhaling concious ly or unconsciously.
