Modules ranging from ! *Hammer and Dolly Techniques in the Removal of Dents and imperfections.... *Rust Repairs and Handmade patch panel Fabrication . *Correct use of Body Fillers and Preparation and Sanding Techniques . * Mig and Oxy acetylene Welding and Tips and Tricks and Heat shrinking of sheet metal. *File Finish dents (no filler) and Lead Wiping techniques . *Body Panel Alignment and Panel Gaping methods . *Stainless/Chrome/Alloy Mould Repairs and File Finishing @ Polishing. *Sectional repairs and Door Skin and Fixed Panel Replacement (eg Sills and Quarter panels) *Mini Tubbing of rear wheel arches ( complete process) *Body Panel Modifications (such as welded in Bonnet scoops ,Guard Flutes) * Fibreglass Procedures and Techniques. Learning modules have been developed by dual trade tradesman (panel beater /and Spray painter)of 37 years experience!! Previously owner/operator of own panel shop and retired automotive Repair/coach building TAFE teacher. All modules are comprehensive yet TO THE POINT . All modules are STEP BYE STEP VIDEOS and have a small section of to the point theory as part of the method of delivery. Same principle as a relatively complex dent repair. Oxy welding.(reasons why this Method is preferred) Hammer /Slapper and dolly Techniques.(How,What ,Why) Distinguishing HIGHS and LOWS(in a repair.) Heat shrinking. (Stretched metal) File finished.(no filler) Tips and tricks throughout. All Explained STEP BY STEP. Straight to the point delivery . PLUS HEAPS MORE. *left a couple of little weld marks visible in final shots to show where welded gouge used to be!!! 14.01.2022 JUST A QUICK UPDATE!! The Panel Beating Course/Modules are NOW under development. I will keep everyone updated on this page with completion timeframes as soon as possible. As you all can appreciate it takes time to produce a great product and I believe that the modules will be of great content that is STRAIGHT TO THE POINT and hopefully help all you participants to be able to start/continue your repairs and restoration to your pride rides with confidence.... I will also POST some of the content of the modules each week so you all can get a great idea of what skills you can expect to learn. If there is anything that you all may like to see included in the coming course PLEASE put your input into comments and I’ll try to accommodate if enough people show interest in particular learning outcomes.
