08.01.2022 Here is the photo of Week 8 of my 12 Week Transformation. I have not posted for a while, as the closest person to me died of Brain Cancer recently. The person that represented for me, my role model, parent, best friend, mentor, since I was 16 year's old. RIP my friend hope to be together in another life, love you forever. This has been the most challenging transformation and taking slightly longer than 12 weeks, due to this reason. I would also like to thank my friends, Troy ...Watchorn, Troy Costantino, Darren Liu, John Couch, Nina Bross, Antony Bross, Grant Dean, Sami Sadek, Greg Wilson for their support during this tough time. But, I'm back now with a burning desire for hard work, and success. I am finally seeing a little definition in my mid section, and this is due to increasing the cardio, which consists of Boxing, Stair master, Exercise Bike, and Running. I like the variety as it works different muscle groups, and gives me an all round fitness, agility, and speed. For power my weight training is still consisting of heavy compound movements Bench Press, Military Press, Squats, & Deadlifts to keep my muscle mass whilst dieting. My complex carbohydrates intake is mainly steamed rice & pumpkin. As my body type needs complex carbohydrates, in order for me to stay strong, and endure a heavy work load. My protein intake consists of Salmon, Kangaroo, Eye fillet once a week. Also, a Peak Nutritional Chocolate Protein drink, with egg whites and high protein, low fat milk. Fruit, I have green apples, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries. Calcium, I drink 1 liter of High Protein milk daily and 2-3 tablespoons of Natural Full Fat green yogurt.
