12.01.2022 Hi all, I am once again running my Body Maintenance Program at H-Fit in Port Macquarie. If you have tight muscles, injuries, RSI problems, you are a desk worker, stand up worker, athlete or just want to know how to use your foam rollers, massage balls and massage tools effectively, this program is for you. The program will run for 5 weeks and cost $80. Time and Dates: 4pm Fridays; Feb 26th, March 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th. 11.01.2022 MuscleFunction is supporting a great charity called Share The Dignity, this charity supports women in need and women fleeing domestic violence. During November we will be collecting items to support the ‘It’s in the bag’ drive, this is where hand bags with women’s products are distributed to women in need, just in time for Christmas. If you live in Port Macquarie and want to help by donating goods, we are looking for the following: - New or used hand bags (in good conditio...n) - Menstrual cups, pads, tampons etc - Shampoo, conditioner & body wash - Tooth paste, tooth brushes and roll on deodorant - Small gifts for a woman who is doing it tough.
