10.01.2022 SkyFIT Classes Start this week!!! I am not only a Personal Trainer but now a Qualified Trampoline Instructor! My Classes are on every Wednesday Night! Cardio at 6pm & Core Fit at 6:30pm!... Training on a Trampoline is like nothing you have ever experienced! Its a great heart starter maximising your cardio output and pushing your fitness to the next level. You burn anywhere up to and beyond 400 calories per class. They are workouts you will remember thats for sure! Core Fit with the combination of cardio and core muscles, your body won't know what hit it. Focusing on using the most important muscles in your body to promote great strength and posture, you will never do a normal ab workout again! Come JOIN THE FUN, fly high and bounce your way to an SUMMER BODY and have fun doing it! I would love to see you all there this Wednesday Night (first night) and ready to do one or both of these classes! Once you have done one you will keep coming back, its that good, Forget hours of boring repetitive cardio on the treadmill, do a Class or two instead!! You need to book online, or call the centre or just turn up as its the first week, but classes are limited..... UNLESS I know there are a lot of people coming and you can give me the money to book, I can organise for us to workout in the Stratosphere, which has 44 squares + 3 lanes!
