11.01.2022 Good strong core = good stability. I'm not very good at maths, but that is one equation I get. 1.Bird Dogs, remember slow & steady wins the race with these. Try for a 10 sec count on the way out, hold for 10 sec & then a 10 sec count on the way back. Do 10 reps per side. 2. Bear hold. Get into a table top position, brace the core, lift your knees off the floor. Aim for a minute, increase by 10sec every round you do, or add 10sec the next time you do it Any questions comment or DM

09.01.2022 Hi all there is still time to DM for the link to my free Zoom bootcamp tonight at 6pm! You even might get to see this crazy little fur baby of mine too! Lets get moving! #zoomclasses #bootcamp #letsworkouttogether #keepthebodymoving @pennidoubleday @stewartkean @sky3blu33

08.01.2022 Get intouch with your core! 1. Deadbug isolating one arm at a time and one leg at a time. Focus on breathing and bracing your core. 2. Opposite arm to opposite leg. 3. Same side arm and same side leg. All of these movements should be slow and controlled, always focus on breathing and bracing. Try 10 reps per side, 2-3 times. Any questions DM or comment
