Independent core level classes are available Tuesday, Thursday morning from 10am to midday + Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 3:30 to 6pm. Adult? Never formally been taught to swim? Learn to Swim classes not only teach kids to swim but also survival techniques should they accidentally fall into the water. Repetition of different pool safety activities is the key and is a major component of the Just learn to swim philosophy.
