12.01.2022 Musica Viva Armidale is supporting Dry July this month by going dry for tonight's Flinders Quartet concert. We will be serving non-alcoholic drinks at intermission and asking for a donation to the Dry July charity. The funds we raise will help provide invaluable services to cancer patients, their families and carers whether it’s a lift to a life-saving appointment, guidance from a specialist nurse, connection to an informative voice, access to therapy programs or a bed clos...e to treatment. 10.01.2022 It was a joy to have Flinders Quartet perform in Armidale on 25 July. New England Conservatorium's Robert Jackson took the time to write a glowing review of the concert and its fascinating insights into the life of composer Shostakovich: "This was an entertaining and engaging performance and highlighted the contextual significance of the composers work like no other performance I have seen."
