23.01.2022 Are you a young musician aged between 16 and 30 years and residing in the Wollongong LGA? We want you for a new project called Jam n Bread New Gen Music project.... We have nine commissions to give to young musicians who want to compose their own music. As part of the deal you'll get to work with one of our professional music mentors (pictured: George Stanton from Electric Korma, Sako Dermenjien or Ann Lehmann). What you'll get: *$200 commission to create your own composition *mentoring through the composition process with a professional musician (George, Sako or Ann) *a professional recording *promotion of you and your music through this project *an opportunity for a paid gig (if you want it) How to apply: send an email to [email protected] by Tuesday June 15 with a bit about you and why you want to be commissioned. Her mission as a teacher is not to strictly push students through structured and intensive teaching but to allow students to grow confidences through creative activities. Chantelle not only shares this passion at the academy but works and managers 2 additional dance studios and performs as a dancer, fire twirler and baton twirler.
