16.01.2022 Get ready music lovers, tomorrow is Aus Music T-Shirt Day Dust off the old Acca Dacca shirt you got from Marrara Oval in '96. Or better yet, represent your favourite NT artist in sartorial splendour. More importantly than getting the chance to rep some great aussie music on your person, Aus Music T-Shirt Day is about raising awareness and money for Support Act (A charity helping artists, roadies and music workers in crisis). Head over to https://www.ausmusictshirtday.org....au/ to see how you can help. Show us what ya got NT!

16.01.2022 Roadhouse To Recovery is another amazing initiative from the Northern Territory Government and Tourism NT. Remote Roadhouses and Wayside Inns are an integral part of the music industries engine room; these gigs make it possible for artists to tour across the vastness of the NT. This is a great opportunity for businesses to explore the benefits that live music can offer in driving tourism their way. Likewise for venues already programming live music, this could provide a hug...e upgrade to current infrastructure and enhance customer experience along with generating further patronage. If anyone wishes to explore the potential that live music could offer their business, or would like any advice regarding how to get started or what infrastructure might be a beneficial investment, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at MusicNT.

16.01.2022 Free workshop tonight Alice Springs! Make sure to get on down; great opportunity to learn or hone your skills in the studio.

15.01.2022 This survey ends tomorrow folks. It would be great to get as much NT representation in there as we can. It only takes a couple of minutes to complete, so get your voice in there!

12.01.2022 While day-to-day life in the Territory has been left relatively unscathed from the unfathomable impact that the COVID pandemic has dealt globally, the unseen repercussion on some Territory businesses and individuals working in the entertainment sector has been devastating. With uncertainty around border closures, international travel and other restrictions, many peoples ability to generate income has been completely cut-off. In an Open Letter, published today, voices from across our industry have called on the Australian to extend the current JobKeeper program or to provide a similar rescue program for those affected by COVID restrictions. MusicNT joins this call for action to address the current crisis our industry and its people are facing.
