At MusiKidabra we have Kindermusik classes suitable for younger toddlers ( 1&2 years ) where we explore the new movement and language skills of these active little ones, and for older toddlers ( 2&3 years ) helping them initiate their own ideas, nurturing social/emotional growth, cognitive development and listening, in a high energy class. Every class is filled with music, singing, dancing and playing instruments in a playful, exploratory way.... Come share the joy and benefits of Kindermusik with your little one. We've got a few spots left on Mondays: Level 1 at 9:30am and Level 2 at 10:30am. We're starting with a 4 week half term while we keep an eye on what's happening with COVID. 22.01.2022 Great news!! I’m very proud to announce that MusiKidabra has again been named as a Top Program by Kindermusik International. It is wonderful to again receive this award in recognition of the excellent music and movement program that I bring to the families of our region, putting us in the top 5% of Kindermusik programs worldwide. Whether face to face in the classroom and now coming to you online, my aim is to continue providing the very best in early childhood music and movem...ent education. I love how Kindermusik helps families experience the joy of music making together to enhance the development of their child and build strong family connections. Thankyou to all the wonderful families who have participated in my classes, whether now or in the past and who value all the benefits it brings. A big thankyou to those who have continued to support my program during this period online. It has been fabulous to continue to connect with you each week and to see the happiness it brings to the children while they are at home. 21.01.2022 GREAT NEWS!!! Enrolments are now open for Term 4 Kindermusik classes at MusiKidabra. Term 4 will begin from 19th October at Fairy Meadow Community Centre. All Monday classes are now full but there's still some vacancies Tuesday -Thursday across all age groups.... Classes will remain smaller in size for term 4 to comply with COVID restrictions, so get your skates on if you want a spot. Contact Karen to inquire about a place for the following age groups: Babies 0-1 year old non walkers Toddlers 1-2 year old walkers and 2-3 year olds Pre-schoolers 3-5 years. Families joining us this term have this week been sent an enrolment confirmation and their online home materials for our first term theme. You can introduce your little one to all their class music and story to help them feel relaxed in the class environment to start the term. In a Kindermusik class, while your child is enjoying all their musical play, you'll love that they will be developing their vocabulary and listening, practicing some self control and turn taking, working on their balance, coordination and motor skills and getting that little brain working and learning while having fun. Although a few changes were made to be COVID safe, the children have been sooooo excited to be back doing what they love each week at Kindermusik and parents enjoyed connecting with others again, joining in the fun as their children thrived in the class setting. It certainly showed us all that not only is Kindermusik about joyful music & movement learning experiences but ...also the importance of community and connection. 03.01.2022 KINDERMUSIK CLASSES FOR 1-2 YEAR OLDS - TERM 4. 1 year olds love music and they love to move. Kindermusik's research based music and movement curriculum for this age group is high energy and just right for little ones on the move. Kindermusik Level 1 focuses on the young toddler's beginning movement ( walking, running, twirling, swaying, bouncing......... ) and nurturing your child's speaking and singing voice as they build their language skills. Plus there's lots of age app...ropriate musical instruments and props ( drums, bells, shakers, scarves, balls, hoops and more ) to enhance our play! Parents and carers join right in with all the fun, learning about their child’s development, enjoying together time and being a great model for their child who learns best at this age through imitation.
