25.01.2022 Today, Members of the 5th Bankstown and 1st Liverpool Scout Group participated in a face to face First Aid Training course. First Aid certification is a mandat...ory qualification that most scout leaders are recommended to acquire. Thank you to Hero Headquarters for providing the First Aid training which was very thorough and well presented. We appreciate the effort Hero HQ has displayed today. We would like to extend our thanks from the 5th Bankstown and 1st Liverpool Scout Group.

22.01.2022 With limited outdoor activities now permitted and the return of face-to-face Scouting on the horizon, now is the best time to get ready to get back to Scouting ...as we know it! Some sports and other activities were cancelled due to COVID but Scouting continued and will keep going until the end of the year. We know that the return to face-to-face Scouting may be challenging in a number of ways for some families. The NSW Government’s Active Kids rebate can assist with the cost of Scouting. The good news is that the second Active Kids voucher will be available to claim in a few short weeks. Mark 1 July on your calendar for the release of the second Active Kids voucher. This year, both Active Kids vouchers used with Scouts will go towards the cost of the Scouts NSW membership fee (and joining fee if you are a new member).
